For items that are washed rather than dry cleaned. Ask at the counter which method suits your garment.
Alterations
Bring the garment in and talk through what you need changed.
Before you drop off
Empty every pocket. Point out any stain you know about and tell us what it was and whether you already tried to treat it, because that changes how a stain is handled. Bring garments with their care labels attached when you can.
